Mitch Davis

Mitch Davis has been a dedicated member of the water industry for many years. Along with his wife, Denise, they have been married for 48 years and have a deep connection to Idyllwild, having visited for over 50 years before making the community their permanent home in 2019.Mr. Davis holds T4 and D4 certifications from the California State Water Resources Control Board (CSWRB) and is also a certified water quality laboratory analyst, cross-connection control program specialist, and water use efficiency specialist through the American Water Works Association (AWWA).His commitment to the water industry is rooted in a family legacy of service. His great-grandfather worked with the Bay County Water District, his grandfather with the San Dieguito Water District, and his father with the Ramona Water District. Mr. Davis himself has served with the Yuima Municipal Water District, and his sons continue the tradition at the Olivenhain Water District. This deep family involvement in water utilities has shaped his lifelong dedication to ensuring efficient and safe water systems for the communities he serves.
